Refund Policy

All payments for coaching programs, courses, digital products, workshops, and services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because coaching requires a reserved time commitment, personalized preparation, and limited client spaces, all sales are final. When you enroll, you are reserving a spot that cannot be given to someone else once the program begins.

By purchasing, the Client understands and agrees to the following:

  1. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • change of mind

    • financial hardship

    • failure to attend sessions

    • failure to complete the program or access the materials

    • lack of participation

    • scheduling conflicts

  2. The Client is fully responsible for attending sessions, participating in the program, and making use of the materials provided. Not using the program does not qualify for a refund.

  3. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on the Client’s effort, participation, readiness, and follow-through.

  4. By enrolling, the Client confirms they have:

    • read this refund policy,

    • understand it completely, and

    • agree to all terms as a condition of purchase.

All sales are final. No exceptions.
